Question: Cigarette and anixety?
Im from the USA but I was recently in Dubai (Middle east).
I met a buddy there who gave me a cigarette.
Immediately after I finished the cigarette my heart started pounding, I felt extremely light headed, very anxious and weak, thirsty. My hands started shaking and I had to lie down for about 4 hours. When I was lying down I felt like my body was going to almost just fly away.
I have been a smoker for about 5 years and this has never happened to me. The experience was not pleasurable at all, I felt very worried and anxious for 4 hours.
The cigarette was not laced with anything illegal because it is extremely rare for drugs of any kind to enter Dubai due to extremely high security and strict sentences.
Any idea on the possible legal chemicals that were in this cigarette?

Haha u did drugs but its not illegal its called "midwa5" "midwakh" it is weed so don't worry that's the exact things that happen...since uve smoked before so u know now u weren't smoking cigarettes...were u smoking from a cigar? cigarette? pipe?
