Sneezing, itching and stuffy Noses are caused by allergic problems.

Extreme Sneezing, itching and scratching can cause minor bleeds which are superficial. When you sneeze or blow your nose strongly then some blood clots are dislodged and show up on your tissue. This is normal and usual.
