i had suffered a really bad ear infection for about 3 weeks i took Augmentin and had 3 steriod shots to help with drainage of the middle ear which all have done their job and i feel better but as soon as i started to feel better i tire out easy. i lack engery towards the end of the day. i cant figure out why i am tired ?? any answers??

If I were you I would see a doctor and have some blood test made.
Perhaps something of a marginal malady has combined with your current condition to make you feel this way.
