I broke my tib/fib. i have 2 metal plates and 13 screws. how long till i can walk again.?
6wks ago i fell and broke my tib/fib. i had my cast removed today and the dr told me to still have no weight bearing on it till i see him again in 3 weeks, which will make it 9 wks by then. i still have swelling, esp when i am not keeping it up, but i do stay reclined most of the time. does anyone know how long this misery will last. i haven't been to wal mart in 6wks. what do i have to look forward to.

it's going to be awhile. you could always go to walmart and use those neato electric carts you know. those look like so much fun and you'd have a great excuse for using it.
