Question: How can I stop moving my neck?
lately. like... the past 8 months i've had lots of trouble with my neck.
It started off one night after about 3 hours of assignment. I moved my neck around and tried to crack it a bit. I kept doing it the whole night. and I'ts been gradually getting worse and worse. now it's an uncontrollable habbit. and the longer i wait and try to stop. The bigger the urge to move my head around on my neck.
I'm scared i might.... damage something.
What and who can I see to fix my, issue?
