I hit my head earlier today, above my temple. I didn't think that I hit it that hard, now my head hurts.?

Could I have a concussion, or am I just b eing paranoid?

It will hurt for a while as you might have brusied it on the inside. just because there is some pain does not mean that there is a concussion it might just be hurting from being hit.
