I have this pain...?!

I have this pain...?

It started out this afternoon on my right pelvic side. It came and went. I didn't have any pain though for a few hours, and I suddenly just stood up and I had the pain again but it moved up to my side and just above my hip bone and really all over my right side. I thought it might be some gas, but I've never had gas go this high before. I do have a history of cysts and endometriosis so the pain in my pelvis is familiar, but does anyone have any ideas as to what it all could be?

And because I know someone will say this, I can't go to the emergency room or the doctor right now because it's the middle of the night, and I have no way to get there.

It could be apendecitis
