Can sum ENT SPECIALIST answer me? please help out!?

my mom is suffering from vestibular neuronitis for past few weeks. she developed vertigo associated with head movements tht lasts for few secs along with dementia.first, she was prescribed TAB VALIUM and TAB STEMETIL .then she was recommended to use TAB TANAKAN for 2 weeks, now after completing the course of tablets,she still complaints the same symptoms. are there any chances of complete recovery?
