Hard blister on my heel!?
it is red and so tender!
It was popped and a little fluid came out but it continues to be red and very very tender!
I have been cleaning it with rubbing alcohol and putting neosporin on it with a bandage...I love to walk and I walk 5 miles a day, 6 days a week! Now because of this raw spot! I can't walk at all !!! please give me your advice so that I can start walking again!

You should never pop a blister-it could get infected!
cut a piece of surgical guaze to fit the blister then cover with a piece of self adhesive mole skin to protect it-the guage will keep the mole skin from sticking to the blister -take it off at night so the blister can "breath".
You can find mole skin in the shoe department at department stores like walmark etc. It is a "leather like" material that looks like suede.
