Question: Feeling extremely dizzy and terrible stomachache?

I feel sooo dizzy right now it just came at an instant.. Im also having a terrible stomachache i cant even get up help what can i do.. My legs are really wobbly too i cant even stand i feel like im going to faint!

Are you on diet control ? I guess it is due to your hunger, have some food.
