Actually bones heel slowly. If it's only your but just wait patiently. You can use some creams that help with bruised - ask the local drug store for one with essential oils as it fastens the healing process.
If your spine hurst I would suggest you go to an osteopath who can diagnose exactly what the issue is and solve it as well.

I get that all the time ! After roller blading lol I fall to much but it goes away after a day or two nothing to worry about thou

You probably bruised your tail bone. I've done that before and it'll hurt for a few days but you'll be ok.
