Shoulder and arm pain?
my mom has a lot of pain in her arm, shoulder and sometimes around her shoulder blade....she has been to a doctor and they said that she has tendonitis (sp?)...does anyone no any homemade pain relievers that can help her...she takes ibeprofen (sp?) but it usually doesn't take all the pain away...

no ibuprofen. Motrin works best for tendinitis. Bengay or some cream like that Icy hot etc.... when I used to get tendinitis in my pitching elbow. I used to heat it with a hot wrap or heating pad for 20 mins and then ice for 20 mins and repeat the process every hour. for a week. And it would be gone in little over a week.
