Does any one know what is wrong with my wrists?!

Does any one know what is wrong with my wrists?

I have these weird bone like structions on the sides of my wrists. The side where my pinky is. They hurt quite a bit and that side of my forearm gets sore too. What are they. Occasionally a sharp pain will strike in the middle of my wrists. HELP!!! Do i need surgery. P.S. oNly 13 years old

fist of all you need to see a Doctor.....
it could be a ganglion cyst ....could be arthritis...could be tendinitis or carpel tunnel...you should see a doctor.....
wrap your wrists when you have pain with an ace bandage or a ace wrist guard...if that helps it is prolly carpel tunnel
notice when you have pain ...is it after alot of computer time or writing/video games.....
