My right testicle "cord" hurts?!

Question: My right testicle "cord" hurts?
Okay, I am at school and after the end of second hour while I was walking down the hall I noticed a sharp pain in my right testicle, the cord that it is hanging on. I instantly jumped toward the lockers to get out of people's way. The pain hurt like when you are punched down there. Now that I am in study hall I am sitting down and am fine although I am cringing at the thought of more pain. Any reason why this would be? What can I do? I'm kinda scared.

Additional Details:
It started 120 minuted ago when I stood up.
I'm 15.
I was sitting in a chair for 40 minutes last hour that was tilted back.

Please help me :/

Answers:

I'm a testicular cancer survivor and suggest you do the self-exam for testicular cancer, or “man exam.” Symptoms vary greatly from man to man, but testicle pain and discomfort are common symptoms. And TC is the #1 cancer for men 15-35. The sooner a doctor can catch it the better the prognosis, and most likely the less treatment will be required. It could also be a blocked vein, infection, or benign cyst, but all of those things also need a doctor's attention. Don't worry till you have to - only a doctor can make an accurate diagnosis! This site has links to credible testicular cancer resources, and shows the self-exam with a list of symptoms. Good luck and hopefully it's nothing serious.

Sounds like varicocele or epididamitis. Go to a urologist to get it checked out immed.

I WOULD GO TO A DOCTOR!
