It's common to see yourself as a different person in the mirror. Your eyesight is not used to seeing yourself as it is a new discovery for your eyes. When your body is moving without seeing itself it makes you more self-confident. In other words I think you should not be ashamed of who you are, when I see myself I find faults but, you don't need to see yourself, be proud.

hi you know we all do this no matter what creed or colour we are we look in the mirror ans see all the inperfections we dont like i have a snub nose and my hair is very frizzy i try everything even men do it .i keep my hair short and its easy to take care of .please dont be ashamed of who you are.we all want to be something we are not .you seem a lovely person i bet you have a lovely personality be who you are i do hold your head up and be proud .and you know you may think people are looking at you but its not true we all have very buisy lives and have lots on our minds be more confident in yourself .and build your self esteem .be happy .lots of love sheila .
