IBS or something a lot more worse?!
Question: IBS or something a lot more worse?
I am 15 years old, Male.
So yeah, 6 months I've had a variety of symptoms which are around IBS.
The first time I started having these problems was when I had a bad stomach ache and diarrhoea for about 2 days, which started to go down. But throughout those 6 months I've been having a feeling of being incomplete after going to toilet. My poo has ranged from the colours of being Greeny brown, normal colour of brown, orange, yellow. Now this is strange, on school days I have a fear of the teachers not letting me go to the toilet so I start getting a stomach ache and needing a toilet and my poo may look a little different, and the incomplete feeling is even worse. However, on weekends when I go to the toilet I feel 95% of the poo is out (as oppose to 80% of it out at school) and the shape and colour is completely normal. I'm not sure what this is, but it's been bugging me for 6 months and I've been getting worried about it. Please help me!

Perhaps you need more digestive enzymes from more fruit and vegetables to improve your digestion.
Hi there! Your symptoms sound like you have IBS. Have you felt depressed or anxious lately? That could also be a cause of IBS. Maybe you need a complete change of diet all together.
