Why is some peoples poop Green?
my babys poop is green, smelly, and mushy!

Not sure about babies. In adults it's the presence of bile in the feces. Bile starts out as bright green, then yellow, then brown. It all depends how long it spends in the digestive tract and how much bile your gall bladder released as a result of what you've been eating. Also, consuming foods with high concentrations of certain dyes can color the stool.
