my feet used to do this there are a few ways
1 is what i did and put up with it and had massage treatment of my mom and doctors until it straightened
and another is they break the bone straighten it and put leg braces to keep it straight until it fixes
it might fix permantly might not its up to how his bones react to treatment but make sure you go to the doctors
