When will I be okay, I broke my arm?!

I recently broke my arm playing basketball, about a month ago to be exact. I went to jump up and block this kid, but he stayed low, took out my legs and I fell on my arm. I ended up breaking my arm, my radius, it is a radial head fracture, connecting to my elbow. It's actually 5 weeks since the injury and while some of my movement is back it is not nearly as it used to be. My wrist is in pain also. I did not get a cast on or have surgery because I got a dental abscess 2 days before my surgery. I have been doing therapy but my elbow is still swollen and it is preventing me from fully extending my arm. Will I be okay, and if so how long from now most likely?
