Question: Cast and broken bone?
do doctor's still put a cast on just a sprained ankle?
if you request to have a cast, will they do it or is it not supported?

It depends on the severity. I sprained my ankle badly when I was 18 or 19 (can't remember exactly), but the x-rays weren't clear due to the swelling, so the docs put my leg in a cast. I went back a week later once the swelling had gone down and it turned out it was just a sprain so they just wrapped it up with a bandage for another week and I was good. Generally they wouldn't bother - a cast can actually stop a sprain from healing (sprained limbs need air, and to move to gradually build strength back up...)

you should go to doctors immediately.

Sprained ankle = No cast.
