HELP!!!! aloe vera gel or neosporin for blister????
i have a blister on my foot from it rubbing against my sneakers last night while playing volleyball. i'm going to a volleyball camp tomorrow for a whole week, and its gonna hurt like hell if it doesnt start healing asap.. should i put aloe vera gel, neosporin, or nothing on it?? thx so much

Nothing. Keep it dry.
Pad the area with moleskin (found in the foot section at the drug store). You can cut around the blister like a donut. That should ease the pain.
Keep your feet dry, wear appropriate shoes of the correct size and rotate them to prevent further blisters.
