EXTREME arm pain. please help!?!

Question: EXTREME arm pain. please help!?
hey everyone, so just recently i started having really bad forearm pain. if my arm was flat, palm down its the left side of my left arm, kind of underneath, and it runs from like three inches above my elbow straight up my arm but the pain doesn't reach my wrist.. sometimes my palm hurts too with my arm hurts. i guess the best way to describe the pain would be like a migraine in my arm. its a terrible throbbing pain, and sometimes it feels like a stabbing pain.
now im a level five cheerleader so im constantly tumbling and stunting. tumbling hurts but not as bad as stunting does. stunting killlsss. and yeah it hurts when im holding the flyer up but the worst pain is right after i let go of her to cradle. as soon as i let go pain like rushes to my forearm, its the weirdest most awful feeling ive ever experienced haha.
now its bad, yes. but i can still do things and just work through the pain. i dont know if that rules out a break? because i dont think i would be able to do much on a broken arm. but what do i know. does anyone have any suggestions? or think they know whats wrong?

Best to have a MD/healthcare professional check it out.
There is no way to know if you have a small fracture or other problem without an xray and evaluation.
I do not think you require a specialist at this point.
Rest the arm, ice it 20 min on and off. Try Motrin or Advil as dir on package.
Have it evaluated before you practice again. You could further injure the arm or cause another person to be injured if your arm is weak.
Best to you ! RN in Ca.

I really recommend you to go see an orthopedist, specialized in micro trauma mostly..
You might be suffering of Volkmann Syndrome, which is the case when a group of muscles is compressed, causing major pain, and nerves passing in the zone may be compressed as well..
