i have a lump on one of my metatarsals and i can't walk at all, it feels like a bone, its very hard

Dont trust your health to yahoo. Go to a doctor
Tell your parents and get it checked up as soon as you can, it seems quite likely that it is a fracture or a break in the foot and seriously, go to the doctors unless you want to keep yourself in pain
I bet you are just fine. You need to do what any real man would do, assuming you are of the male gender, and ignore this thing until it goes away. And by God it will go away if you pay little enough attention to it.
