Always in constant pain, if your a doctor it would be great if you could answer !

Question: Always in constant pain, if your a doctor it would be great if you could answer this?
Hey there, i know i posted a similar question yesterday but i need help of as many people as i can please?
Right basicially i think my problems occured 5 years ago when i was in a fight and got hit in the head and been suffering weird headaches behind my eyes ever since (espicially on the left hand side) these headache come on every day also with one side of my nostrils blocked but never both? Although it has never got worse it annoys me? I have been to the optcians who looked behind my eyes three different times and said everything is fine and if there was a problem in that area they would notice, is this true?? Also i have had a lump on the right hand side of my tongue checked out which is a food gland and it comes and goes now and then sometimes smaller sometimes bigger? Lately i have also noticed two lumps in either side of my neck right next to my shoulder bone, on the left hand side one lump is circular and about 3cm in diameter and on the right side it is small but a weird shape, i also feel as if everything on my left hand side body is bigger then my right hand side, like the sahpe of my head, and rib cage and hands, feet? i also sometimes get pain in my chest but not that often, the pain behind my eyes and head get worse if i bend down and sometimes i struggle to breath? Lastly i do suffer from anexity and stress which i constantly go though every day, could this all be linked?
I really want as many people to explain too me what this all could be? Im scared for my life and i really dont want to die young :( im scared to go to the doctors again as well!
One more thing could doctors tell if you have any types of cancer with blood tests and could opticians tell if you had a brain tumour or something? Please help someone!

Instead of asking for a doctors advice on here, why not go and see a doctor in person, you should not take chances with your health, a visit to a doctor may give you a cure or at least a reason why you are suffering, for things like tests for cancer, there are different tests for different cancers and only a doctor can organise these.

If you're in such pain, you should see a neurologist to help pinpoint where it's coming from. Yes, anxiety and stress can amplify feelings of pain, so there is a possibility that it could be linked.
As for cancer and brain tumors, don't cross that bridge until when and if you get there.

so your skinny my advice is... KILL THE MIRRORS and only look at pics of mega skinny people and maybe it will help you eat cause who would want to be a skeleton with skin its worse than being fat (no offence) also guys prefer girls with a shape they like something to hold on to lol

first of all, the opticians would notice if you had any swelling in your head from a tumor just like you would notice a bright orange light in a dark room. The shape of the back of your eye would be totally different with the increase in pressure.

Doctors can recognise cancer straight away, and if you have been checked out then you have been given the clear. Some people suffer from headaches regularly. It's just one of those things, especially if you are stressed and tired. Lumps can be anything from allergic reactions, to greasy skin, to insect bites, to fractures, warts, ANYTHING.. Don't worry! You're not going to die :-) A physical inspection is needed though really just to put your mind at rest. Pluck up the courage and see your GP :-)
