What's up with 'old person smell?'?!

What's up with 'old person smell?'?
First of all does anyone know what i'm talking about, and second of all where does it come from!?

Not all "old" people smell the same way.
both my grandparents smelled really good until they died
at 98 y/o and 86 y/o respectively...
but for the most part it may be their hygiene practices coz at a certain age they won't be able to shower daily since it's too stressful for them considering the pain and the bending and all that..
it may be their diet...
they eat different food esp most of them are unable to
chew after losing their real teeth.
it may be the medications...
the chemicals come out thru their sweat glands.
it may be the smell of urine on their diapers...
just like babies... it stinks if you don't change it right away.
