Question: Im sick and my throught hurts so i looked in the mirror and my throught is all nasty looking?
i looked in the mirror and where the little dangly thing is there is all these nasty lookin things behind it.
how do i get better?

Are they white spots ?

Get a throat culture done could be strep throat.

Ive heard they have instant cultures now so there is no waiting for 2 days for lab work.

Streps no joke.

Get thee to the Physic !

Go see a ENT
