Please help me with these chest pains I'm only 13?!?!

Question: Please help me with these chest pains I'm only 13?!?
I'm a 13 year old girl and I've had bad chest pains since I was 11 maybe. When I was 12 I went to the doctor for it and she said it could be stress related but I went to a cardiologist and they said it wasn't my heart. This is the first time in 2 months I got it but it's ten times worse. I feel stabbing and tightness in my chest and I feel it in my back and a little behind my ear. I also went home today from school with a fever. The nurse said my chest was clear.. But why am in this pain? My mom said she's gonna take me to the ER but I don't know should I? I just want to know what's wrong :(

No I wouldn't go to the ER, that's gonna cost you time and money and they won't give you accurate results. What you need is a specialist. Heres what you do, 1 go to a chiropractor and see if you have posture problems which sometimes can lead to something pressing on something else in the body causing pain. If you have scoliosis that could be a reason too. The chiropractor should be able to find out if its related to that, if they don't discover anything then you know its not scoliosis. Next you could also do this while seeing the chiropractor but go to your general physician. Tell them the problems you are having, say that you want to go to specialists till you can find the source of the problems. They will likely order several tests and eventually you'll find something. You say its chest pain, is it on both sides? It could be your breasts growing in, generally it can be painful as there are tons of hormones clashing together to form your breasts and they can be sensitive and painful.
I think your sickness today is unrelated to this other pain. If you do have chest pain now it could be from congestion. Try the chiropractor and family physician.

In most cases pain is you body telling you something is wrong. Pain in your chest like that should definitely be taken serious,go to the emergency room.

Yes go to the ER but it might just be stress or anxiety but you never know.
