I'm no doctor but that has happened me before after raves and other festivals I wouldn't worry about it for a few more days at least. Then a simple hearing test will let you know if theres damage, this usually only happens after continuous loud music for long periods of time over years.

The ringing is a certain pitch that is dying within your range of hearing. Ears have small, hairlike fibers that can hear certain frequencies. When you damage your hearing due to excessive loud noises, like a club atmosphere, you kill some of the hairs. It will permanently damage your hearing, but in a small, hardly noticeable way. The ringing should stop within a couple days.

The damage is permanent.

Fortunately, you have enough cilia in your cochlea to allow you to keep hearing.
The ones that were damaged aren't coming back.
If you keep doing it eventually you will overcome even the massive numbers of cilia you have left.

Wear insert able foam ear plugs from now on.
You can still feel the bass thump in your chest, and you won't wind up like Pete Townsend.

You have Titinus, this is the start of hearing loss
Stay away from loud noises or this will get worse
It will come back again

I have it to,its been here on and of for 2 years and theres no cure

I am no expert but I have hear of this before. It will probably go away shortly from what I have heard from other people.

Go to the ENT they will test ur ears but I think you will be fine.
