Question: Why does my knee hurt so bad?
for like the past 6 months ive been doing like squats and lunges for my legs. i always sit with one leg bent when i sit in chair. for the last week my knee has been hurting like crazy. i havent done anything different either. it hurts especially like right abice my knee cap, and like on the back of my leg, kind on the side where my knee bends. like idk cuz i havent done anyuthing different. it just hurts when i walk and feels stiff when i sit. what is it?

If this is bothering you for 6 months, I would advise a visit would be best.
Do not guess about something as important as your health.
I would stop the lunges/squats until the check, ice the area 20 min on/20 min off.Elevate your leg.
Take Advil/Motrin as dir on bottle .
Try an ace bandage to the knee - not too tight.
