Sore neck/nausea?!

Sore neck/nausea?
My neck has been sore for the past 4 days or so. It feels like I can't ever relax it completely, and it's especially sore by my ears. Also, my eyesight has been getting blurry within the past 3 days, and I've felt nauseated alot for about 3 days. Normally I wouldn't worry too much, but I've never had neck pain that wasn't brought on by an injury of some sort, and I'm not sure if this could be something serious that I should get checked out by a doctor.
Any suggestions/ideas/similar issues?

If you are under the age of 24, I would go to the ER, you may have a form of meningitis, be especially concerned if you have a fever or a rash.
