Question:

If you know gymnastics, please help!?

i started doing gymnastics for about a month (I'm 18, i'm also suprised at what i am still able to do) and my back is starting to hurt from doing the "seal strech" is this normal?
also, ever since i've started doing my roundoff back hand springs.. is there a special way to land everything so your wrists and ankles dont hurt?


Answers:

for the hand springs.. you just get used to it. but if your having like bad pains you should talk to your coach. and if it hurts your back in the seal stretch prolly just stretch it out more.. but again talk to your coach so you dont get seriously hurt.
