Question: How bad does it hurt to get packing removed from your nose?

I might need to get some polyps removed and im afraid.

I've had it done and it didn't hurt at all, but it was surprising. They had so much up there I am now convinced my head is hollow.

Im not sure but I think the packing will be less painful thank keeping the polyps in there.
