Question: My nails have become curvy. My thumb-nails in particular, in the middle. What causes this?
My thumbnails have a few curves in the middle, apparent only when you look at them side ways or take a good good look. What could cause this? Vitamin defficiency or anything more serious? What kind of doctor should I visit?

If you are talking about clubbing (search google images for "nail clubbing") then there are many many causes. The only way to find out which one is through a careful history and examination by your doctor.
Best doctor for this would be the GP or Family Doctor.
