I pulled a muscle in my thigh, what should i do?!


Question: I pulled a muscle in my thigh, what should i do?
About 3 weeks ago I pulled a muscle in the back of my upper thigh. I am a competitve cheerleader and have a competition this saturday, so I have one day to prepare. Any advice

By the way I have tried icy hot, anica, ice, heat, hot baths almost everythng!

Any stretches?

if it happened three weeks ago, maybe it's more serious than a pulled muscle. if you're not up to it, then don't compete.



massage it, ice it, and stay off of it. but you do need to stretch it. to bend-downs, where you bend forward as far down as you can and try to touch your nose to your toes. it stretched the upper thighs and lower back. also, don't leave the ice/heat on for more than 20 minutes.

being so accident prone i have to know this stuff because i do this kind of thing every day. (cant go a day without falling UP the stairs)

Next time start fixing it seconds after it happens because you have wasted 3 weeks and are not going to make that deadline.



Try to rest up. If you're feeling better, try stretching or walking around. Keep and ice pack on it if needed.



Ask your doctor if you can. I'd lol if you pull it some more, i mean, i'd be sad.
