i am only 18 about to be 19 april 21 but i have arthritis and it is killin me to work with my hands all the time i am a cna and i am working with my hands all the time and they just hurt constantly ... is there any brace that i can get for my wrist both of my wrist so i can feel a little better .....

I dought it about the ace bandage, the brace for the wrist is made a certain way where it curves to the shape of your hand and wrist, the ace bandage you my have it too tight and around the wrong area and that could make it hurt worse.
problems from diabetes? Avoid sugar. Get the a1c test.
