Cut on penis won't heal?!

Okay so here's the story. about 1 year and 2 months ago i was taking a nap and i woke up with a little cut on the glans of my dick. it was pretty deep and it was because my boxers were too small, so they dug in. I couldn't walk for a few days because the little cut was so sensative and it hurt.

the sad thing is that is still hurts a little when i walk and the skin never covered up the cut. I can see the little opening and it's sensative when i touch it. STILL!

I used neosporin like 8 months after it happened, when i realized it wasn't healing and still hurt. i saw no results and started to use nexcare plastic bandages everyday. it took the pain away when i walked but after 3 months of using it, my dick still hurts when i walk and the scar or cut (idk what it is anymore) is still visible. now i'm using mederma scar gel and i have no idea if it's going to work.

so what do i do? I've tried so much and it's been so long. I can't stand the pain and it's annoying how such a tiny cut can be so painful. are there any solutions out there? and how much longer will it take until it heals? i'm careful not to jack off and i'm not sexually active. I'm 17 years old.
