Not much.
Give your body breaks to repair minor damage.
Non - you'd have to smoke it for lifetimes for it to screw up your lungs. Figure that people smoke cigarettes (only they smoke 20 or 30 times more) - and they'll smoke for 50 years - and sometimes they survive OK.
the blunt part is more damaging than the weed...
Get a good glass pipe or a bong, the bong will filter some of the harmful stuff in weed.
If you really want to be safe, get a vaporizer. this way you will get all the thc, without any of the carcinogens...
