Im in pain...whats wrong with me!?!

Question:

Im in pain...whats wrong with me!?

For the last 3 years my joints have been hurting and getting worse. It started with my rists and they felt like the could break so easily. Now my rists arent the worst of my pain. My ankles and knees hurt so bad. I cant sleep at night. I toss and turn all night long. I can barely sit in the car for a short period of time without being in pain. My hips are starting to hurt and im worried its going to get as bad as my hips and joints.
I am only 20 years old and have no clue what this could be.

oh and im also tired a lot. I dont know if that has anything to do with it.

one more thing is that i just had a baby 3 months ago so if i had something like lymes Id think that they would of seen it when taking blood tests right??

Answers:

Zinc, Iron and Calcium deficiency perhaps. If you don't eat right, you may be lacking in these vitamins. Try a women's Over the Counter vitamin/supplements....

If the problem doesn't go away, be sure to see an OBGYN, or women's doctor that will be able to diagnose your problem and that nothing more serious is going on.

If you just had a baby, be sure SURE, to continue taking your vitamin supplements ~ Call your doctor and her nurse will be able to advise what you should be taking. If I remember right, there was a specific vitamin I took after my baby was born and ESPECIALLY if you are breast-feeding... This is very important, since the baby takes away alot of your nurishment that goes into the breast milk.

I remember feeling this way after having my baby, but definitely felt better after taking my vitamin supplements on a daily basis ~ If you do need to take them, be sure to take with food and not on an empty tummy, since this can cause an upset stomach.

Good luck ~ Hope you will be feeling better soon.

Also, check out your local WIC (women's infants children) clinic. This is a state program that is free to women that qualify and can be found in the govt. pages of your telephone book, or by calling Social Services who would be able to provide a telephone number for you.
