I am a student, and have no medical care, but really need to get diagnosed for stuff. My health is getting worse in some areas, but I can't do nothing about it, cuz I'm broke and doctors are expensive and there is no one I can turn to...

You're going to have to go to a free county type hospital (beware their services are not the best), or apply for your state's supplemented insurance (for those with limited income), or go to planned parenthood if that's what you need. Hope all is well!
