Dizziness, ear ringing, etc.?!

Dizziness, ear ringing, etc.?

For a week already I am having ringing in my right ear only. The sound is quite soft and can only be heard at quiet times such as in bed. The ear does NOT hurt. Also today I've start to feel some dizziness and my peripheral vision seems to be less clearer also. 2 days ago I was on the plane for 13 hours and it was quite tiresome; I had quite a headache then, but now I don't have headache anymore, the dizziness is there and the ear is still ringing if I listen to it closely at night.

For the past 2 years I had an average of 7 hours sleep per night, and in the past week, my sleep was not very good since I had to switch the time change from US to China (traveling), so I am not sure if that's part of the factor.

I just want to know what is wrong with me. Thanks for any help.

Oh also, I have a feeling of lightheadedness... I wonder if it's vertigo. Just another note, recently, after the plane ride, I don't recall for any more headaches.

My first reaction is that you are experiencing and inner ear issue... this can be a mild fluid build up to a possible full blown infection...

The ringing isn't really the clue here... the dizziness is...

I suggest you get the advice of a competent Dr... it could be a simple fix like a decongestant.... or an allergy med... or it could require an antibiotic if it is an infection....
