Ask your doctor for a prednisone steroid pill pack. Worked for me. I have felt your pain, "no pun intended"
You're probably suffering from sciatica. What kind of pain do you have? Is it numbness in your lower back or legs and feet? This will last forever if you don't take the necessary steps to fix your problem! There are numerous ways for you to fight this pain whether it'd be through medications, posture fixing or even surgery! I suggest you look through this website to start off learning about the problem. You should also go see a doctor/chiropractor/physiotherapist in order to seek for professional help!

U know what? My mother has the same problem. She does a lot of natural home remedies. Sometimes it depends on the person and they're health, age etc relating to how long it can take. My mom's been having problems with hers for two yrs now. I do know of a good way to relieve the pain, though: Run warm-hot water in ur bathtub. Poor lots of epsom salt and apple cidar vinegar in the water. Sit in the tub for 15-20 minutes. U haveto keep doing it everyday, though. The more u do it, the more the pain will subside. oh and exercising helps too, but not nothing to strenuous. Stretching is good, yoga, light walking, dumbell lifting, etc. I hope this helped :)
