Question: Why do my headaches hurt so much please respond quickly?
i always get headaches on the bottom left side of my head and they kill me it feels like my head is going to explode so i massage it but then it hurts even more and i use a heating pad which makes it feel better i don't like using things like tylonol or advil though so any ideas on how to help them please and thankyou

You might need to go to a Dr to see what the problem is. One reason why it might get worse when you massage your head would be because the headache is caused by a vascular problem, and not a muscular. Massage would make it worse because it would cause more blood flow in the vessels. You might be having migraine or cluster headaches. Both of them are considered vascular.

I know exactly what u r talking about. Advil and Tylenol are just for regular couple of hr headaches. u have bad sinus headaches which are a lot worser. Go to ur doctor so he can diagnose u. He'll probably perscribe u with some strong antibiotics to get rid of the pain. Oh and btw, stress an cause it too. try to stay relaxed if ur not already stressed out. I really hope this helped :)
