My leg keeps popping?!?!?!

Question: My leg keeps popping?!?!?

Long story short I fractured my knee last august they didn't catch the fracture until I did it again and so now today I was walking and my knee "popped" bruised and went numb immediately just like the last two times... What's going on?! This is the third time what do you think the doctors will say??
