They're not helping at all? :( I don't know Fresca... I mean, that was a pretty significant surgery you had, so I think it's probably to be expected that you're still in pain - especially because you're constantly moving, so it's taking its time to heal. Like even when you move your head or your arms, or when you walk anywhere, it's impacting your back and your healing. Are you using cold compresses or anything like that? Are you laying on lots of soft cushiony blanket/ pillows? I wish I could help, but all I can do is send you warm feel better vibes, and pray that the pain goes away soon. xxx
