I am currently without medical ins and am in need of medical care.

Yes! The Harris County Hospital District has a program that helps. It's on a sliding scale from nothing for doctor's visits (and $5 for meds) to a portion of your wages. The number for the NorthWest Clinic is 713-526-4243. From that number you can get the number to be qualified, and go to a clinic in your neighborhood.
