Don't eat right before sleeping. Don't exercise late at night. Try not to sleep during the day and keep to a regular schedule. Don't drink alcohol as you will get lower quality sleep. Try to sleep in a quiet room, maybe read a bit before you go to bed (like at 11) to help your brain shut off too. If all that doesn't work, try some benadryl (25 mg)

Hi,

Have you tried doing quiet and calming things before bed time in the evening, like reading a novel while listening to calm, soothing music? Doing something that kind of winds you down after the day is a good prelude to a nice, quiet sleep. You do need 8 hours of sleep a night to look, feel and be healthy, so why don't you try to calm yourself before it's time to turn in? Do you practice meditation at all? That will definitely calm you enough to sleep well. Good luck and take care.

UGH. People and reading lol. What you should do is with warm milk put an ice cube in it cools it to the right amount and drink it while the ice cubes in there. But not all of it right away. Zen waterfall sounds sometimes helps me fall asleep the sound of the waves hitting a beach etc. A fan on cause if i listen to the waves i need breezes of air. Or sometimes a radio turned down low enough that you can hear it.

Chamomile tea might do the trick about thirty minutes prior to the desired time you want to go to sleep. If you're also into yoga, you can do that too. All the meditating should help to relax the mind and body, thus a restful nights rest. You'll feel better in the morning too.

Maybe you sleep walk.
