Question: Could this have been the reason for my migraine ?
I was in a darkish room. About 60% dark. And I was watching a movie on my laptop, which was kind of bright, and the screen was 2 feet away from my face. Then the migraine followed. Could that be the reason for it? Thanks

yeah, that's normal, you're straining your eyes by doing that, so you'll get a migraine
