This afternoon a friend jerked my head down onto my desk during class. I instantly felt a dull pain in the middle of my right shoulder. About six hours later (now) I'm having a really hard time catching my breath. It hurts from the bottom of my rib cage to the top of the middle of my right shoulder. Every time a breath it hurts in that same place on my shoulder.
What could have happened? Its really scaring me

You may have a punctured lung from a fractured rib or the clavicular bone. You need to go to the ER so they can take an Xray of your lung and rib cage. Don't delay. It could get worse.

cracked rib, pulled muscle, tell you parents to take you to the er.
