I have a huge pain in my leg and I don't know why!?!


Question: I have a huge pain in my leg and I don't know why!?
So later this afternoon I started having a huge pain in my feet, but I wasn't worried because it randomly happens every once and a while. But this time the pain switched to my knee caps which immediately switched to my upper thighs(quads). They have only been hurting for 20 minutes but I'm scared why there randomly in pain! Does anyone know why? And I don't play sports, I just did a little bit of running in gym class

!!!! i knoee what this is ! i have it all the time i went to physical therapy for it . this pain is caused by walking or running on your tippey-toes it may sound stupid but its just the way we are most people walk heel-toe but we walk toe heel kind of like model walking lol . it can also mean you need to strech & strengthen your leg muscles . try sqats , leg raises , touching your hands to the floor or trying to touch your toes to your hand (: try it now for about ten minutes it should help . also this may sound weird but eat a banana ! the pottasiom in bananas help .(: hope i helped .
