Bottom rib is pushed inward?!

Question: Bottom rib is pushed inward?
I am not sure if my rib is broken, I do not have health insurance therefore I have no way of getting an exray, but the very bottom rib of my ribcage is pushed inward like underneath the one above it, it feels irritating especially in my back, I am wondering if I can still run and exercise with my rib this way, or will it go back to normal? Thanks for any help!

That doesn't sound like the rib is in the proper position, especially if it is not symmetrical to the other side. I do not recommend exercising till you get this checked out. Despite not having insurance, you can go to a general hospital or county clinic for free. The lines are long but there is no charge. I recommend you see an orthopedic medical specialist for your condition and have them perform a diagnostic test. That way, you can find out the nature & extent of the problem and a treatment plan can be formed.

Good luck.
